A salaried partner / senior manager role in an accounting firm in Newcastle NSW leading to an equity partnership position for the right applicant in the short-medium term.

The position of senior manager is advertised with a view to partnership in a long established two partner general practice. The practice provides accounting, tax, and small business advice to a broad range of clients. The position would suit a CA or CPA with 5+ years public practice experience. You should also have demonstrated the ability to manage a fee base of 500K+ and a team of accountants. 

This opportunity has arisen as a result of the pending retirement of oone of the partners who will be transitioning his clients to you and the other partner.
