Mark is the Managing Director and Founder of Practice Exchange which was started in 2001. Since then he has completed several hundred business sales, mergers, partner and senior staff appointments. In 2006, he founded Business Exchange, an Australia based software company specialising in the development of business enterprise-level business process management software designed for the business brokering market, currently in use by 2 top 20 ASX listed companies.
Prior to founding these companies Mark spent 15 years in the Accounting and Financial Planning Professions, 10 of these years as a partner in a Chartered Accounting firm.
