As the Sydney practice continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced Business Services & Tax professional who is looking to become part of the firm's next generation of leaders.

This appointment forms part of the firm's Partner Pathway Program and is intended for professionals with genuine partnership aspirations.

Depending on your experience, you may join as an Associate Partner with a clearly defined pathway towards equity, or, for the right candidate, commence at Partner level.

The Opportunity

This is an important leadership role within an established and growing Sydney practice.

You'll inherit responsibility for an existing portfolio of quality clients and work alongside an experienced group of Partners who are committed to your long-term success.

The client base is made up predominantly of established privately owned businesses, family groups and successful professionals who value trusted commercial advice and long-term relationships.

The firm continues to attract a steady flow of new client opportunities through its reputation, established referral relationships, integrated service offering and dedicated marketing initiatives. While business development remains an important part of the role, you won't be expected to build a practice from scratch or rely solely on cold networking. You'll be supported by an established brand, an active referral network and a collaborative partnership that genuinely works together to grow the business.

The firm has also invested heavily in technology, automation and artificial intelligence, allowing advisers to spend less time on administration and compliance and more time doing what they enjoy most—working closely with clients and providing commercially valuable advice.

About You

This opportunity is likely to appeal to an experienced:

• Senior Manager
• Associate Director
• Director
• Associate Partner

who is ready to take the next step towards partnership.

You'll ideally be CA or CPA qualified with at least seven years' experience in Business Services and Tax, together with a proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver practical commercial advice.

Just as importantly, you'll enjoy developing people, working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

An existing client following would be welcomed, however it is by no means essential.

We're far more interested in finding someone with sound judgement, strong values, commercial maturity and the ambition to become a long-term leader within the firm.
