This role would suit an experienced accountant or CA/CPA who enjoys direct client interaction, advisory work, and being part of a team that values relationships and long-term thinking over volume.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a confident, hands-on senior accountant / manager to join as Salaried Partner, with a structured pathway to equity. You’ll work closely with the sole principal, take on a lead role with key clients, and gradually transition into an ownership position — timing to suit both parties.
This is a strategic move designed to support succession planning and future growth, not a short-term hire.
