Our client is a progressive, Top 100 Chartered Accounting and Financial Services firm with an established reputation built over more than 70 years. With offices across Australia and continued investment in technology, AI and advisory services, the firm is recognised as one of the profession's more innovative practices.

As part of its continued national growth, the firm is establishing a permanent presence in Perth and is seeking an experienced Business Services & Tax professional to lead the office.

This opportunity has been designed as part of the firm's Partner Pathway Program.

Depending on your experience and current level, you may join as an Associate Partner with a clearly defined pathway to equity, or as an Equity Partner from commencement.

Either way, the objective is the same—to appoint a long-term leader who will play a significant role in growing the firm's Western Australian practice.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the firm's national partnership group, you will lead the Perth office and continue building the firm's presence in the Western Australian market.

Importantly, you won't be starting with a blank sheet of paper. The firm already has an established client base, referral relationships and significant networks in Perth, providing a solid foundation from which to build.

The role offers considerable autonomy, while being supported by the resources, systems and specialist expertise of a well-established national firm.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Perth Business Services & Tax practice.
• Managing and developing a quality portfolio of privately owned business clients.
• Working with Partners across the national firm on client opportunities.
• Supporting business development and continuing to expand the firm's presence in Western Australia.
• Mentoring and developing a growing local team.
• Contributing as a member of the firm's leadership group.

About You

This opportunity is likely to suit an experienced:

• Senior Manager
• Associate Director
• Director
• Associate Partner
• Existing Partner seeking a larger platform

You will be CA or CPA qualified and have strong experience in Business Services and Tax, together with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and referral sources.

An existing client following would be welcomed but is not essential.

More important is your leadership capability, commercial judgement and your ambition to become part of the firm's long-term future.
