Our client is a progressive Top 100 Chartered Accounting and Financial Services firm with a proud history spanning more than 70 years. With established operations across three states and continued national growth, the firm has built a reputation for delivering practical commercial advice, embracing innovation and investing in technology that supports both clients and its people.

As part of its continued expansion, the firm is establishing a permanent office in Adelaide and is seeking an experienced Business Services & Tax professional to lead its South Australian practice.

This appointment forms part of the firm's Partner Pathway Program.

Depending on your experience and current level, you may join as an Associate Partner with a structured pathway to equity, or, where appropriate, commence as an Equity Partner.

This is an opportunity to establish and lead the firm's South Australian presence while being supported by an experienced national partnership group.

The Role

Working closely with the firm's Partners across Australia, you will oversee the Adelaide office and continue developing the firm's client base throughout South Australia.

Importantly, this is not a start-up environment. The firm already has established client relationships, referral sources and significant professional networks within the Adelaide market, providing a solid platform from which to build.

You'll be supported by experienced specialist teams across taxation, business advisory, audit, wealth management and financial services, together with market-leading systems and AI-enabled technology.

About You

This opportunity will suit an experienced:

• Senior Manager
• Associate Director
• Director
• Associate Partner
• Existing Partner seeking a larger platform

You'll be CA or CPA qualified with strong Business Services and Tax experience, commercial judgement and the ability to build trusted relationships with privately owned businesses.

An existing client following would be advantageous but is not essential.

We're looking for someone with leadership capability, sound technical skills and a genuine desire to become part of the firm's long-term future.
